CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

At Kashmiri Vibrant Tour & Travels, we understand that travel plans may change. Our policy is designed to be transparent and fair.

1. Cancellation by the Guest
  • 30 days or more before travel: 10% of total tour cost deducted.
  • 15–29 days before travel: 25% of total tour cost deducted.
  • 7–14 days before travel: 50% of total tour cost deducted.
  • Less than 7 days / No-show: No refund.
2. Non-Refundable Components
  • Flight / train tickets (if booked).
  • Hotel peak-season bookings.
  • Permits (especially Ladakh inner-line permits).
  • Any advance paid to third-party vendors.
3. Cancellation by Kashmiri Vibrant

In rare cases of natural disasters, weather, or government restrictions, guests will be offered:

  • An alternative date OR
  • A partial/full refund after deducting non-recoverable costs.
4. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original mode of payment. Transaction charges are non-refundable.
